Our intra-oral scanner

This type of advanced intra-oral scanners work by capturing thousands of pictures of the inside of your mouth, and then assembling them into an incredibly accurate 3D model of your mouth, teeth and gums.

This allows your dentist to fully assess and inspect every aspect of your condition, and accurately plan out the stages of your treatment.

What are the benefits?

* It’s quicker, cleaner and far more accurate than traditional impressions

* Eliminates the goopy and gagging impression

* Real time imagery

* Patients are relaxed and comfortable

* Less time in the chair

* Patients can immediately review scans

Our CBCT scanner

This type of scanner produces fantastic 3D images of the teeth and jaws. It is essential in implant planning, but is very useful in all areas of dentistry. As we have a dedicated CBCT scanner on site, there is no need to refer you elsewhere for a scan, which reduces waiting time between the stages of your treatment. A scan typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete and is assessed and reported on by a Consultant Dental and Maxillofacial Radiologist.

Our use of PRGF

In dentistry:

The advantages that this technology brings to this field of medicine are the following:

  • It stimulates the healing of wounds..

  • It improves the osseointegration of soft tissues.

  • It accelerates the osseointegration of the implant by creating a biologically active nano-membrane on the titanium surfaces.

  • It provides an autologous clot and a biocompatible fibrin membrane to fill in and seal defects which, in addition, reduces inflammation.

  • Its preparation and handling are simple, reducing the risk of infection or any other post-op complication.

  • It offers more biosafety and predictability for dental implants.

In cosmetic treatments:

  • Within the general process of ageing, the ageing of skin is not an isolated process, but is part of a general process that includes all organs and systems. However, the importance we currently attach to our physical appearance is growing. This growing aesthetic awareness means that the interest in developing new products to help us improve the appearance of our skin has increased.

  • The idea of using Endoret®(prgf®) to treat facial ageing is the result of a wide range of basic and clinical observations concerning its beneficial effect after its application to other tissues. The capacity of Endoret®(prgf®) to activate the regeneration of tissues can counteract the degenerative changes that take place in the skin after the third decade of life, improving its tone and plasticity.
